Job Description

Regional Lab Outreach Specialist for Waters (formerly BD Biosciences) covering Northern California, Oregon, and Washington. Drives demand and closes new accounts for molecular diagnostic products in non-acute laboratory settings across a designated territory.

Responsibilities

• Communicate strategic value proposition of lab diagnostic portfolio to customers and prospects
• Develop expertise in molecular offerings including HPV, vaginal panel, STI, and enteric products
• Identify and close new accounts while meeting sales targets for designated product platforms
• Create demand through customer calls, demonstrations, and economic modeling within territory
• Develop regional sales and marketing plans with customer profiling and account targeting strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1+ years inside or outside sales or clinical experience
• Strong organizational and territory management skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Knowledge of current U.S. healthcare trends and market dynamics
• Self-motivated with ability to manage complex sales processes
• Willingness to travel 60-75% within assigned region

Compensation: $83,100 - $133,000 USD annual plus incentives
